Excellent location, 10+ min walk to Potsdamer Platz train station and right next to Checkpoint Charlie and a hop-on hop-off bus stop. Updated and modern aesthetic/vibes with the essentials. We booked a studio which was a great value but quite small for those who need more space. There is no central AC, but included was a portable AC unit. This involves sticking the vent out the window in order to vent out the hot air while using it. There is also a ceiling fan which works well. There are no screens on European windows so that also means a way for noise and outside sound/bugs to come in when using the AC, but the AC runs loud enough to become white noise and block the noise out. Bugs weren’t too much of a problem for us, and we decided to just run the AC and turned that off while keeping the ceiling fan on for sleep. The windows are quite good at soundproofing when closed. There are nice small touches in the room, and one washer/dryer which costs 5 euro total to use. Hopefully if you use it, you don’t encounter someone who decided to remove our items from the dryer before the cycle was over in order to dry their own clothes instead. The receptionist was kind in providing us a complimentary token to dry our clothes when next available.

As soon as we walked into the reception area, we were greeted by lovely, smiling staff. The reception also smells lovely and clean. The lady on reception explained how everything’s work and that staff would leave at 10pm, each night and also showed us a cupboard we could access extra household items, if needed and when staff go home. We arrived at around 11.30am, although checkin wasn’t available until 15.00. The lady on reception told us our hotel was already ready (which was great.) And that our room has been upgraded. We originally booked for a studio and we’re upgraded to a two bed apartment, which was amazing! The apartment was clean, it contained a lovely coffee machine, two beautiful bedrooms and a very powerful shower, with a separate toilet/sink. The location of this aparthotel was also excellent, a 30 minute flat walk to one of the Christmas markets and the centre of Berlin; also only a stones throw from loads of lovely coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries. We paid extra for a late checkout for 14.00, which was also very hassle free. Could rate our stay highly enough!

These are great apartments located in a nice neighbourhood just around the corner from Checkpoint Charlie and the Kochstraße underground station. There is also a stop for the hop on hop off bus nearby. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Brandenburg Gate (where there is a tourist office and another place to catch the hop on hop off bus) and a 15-minute walk to Potsdamer Platz. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. As someone else has said you can transmit Netflix to the TV from your phone. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There are nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. We only stayed for 3 days but could have stayed longer as there is so much to see and do and this is the perfect base. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

When I booked with Booking.com they provided complimentary transportation from the airport to the hotel. Later before few days of arriving at the Hotel, I thoroughly checked on the Booking App. (as I didn't have my computer with me) and searched extensively for a contact number or email to inquire about their offer, but unfortunately, I could not locate it. This situation significantly impacted my overall experience, leaving me feeling quite dissatisfied. In terms of the room's tranquility, despite being on the second floor, I was disturbed by loud noises from garbage trucks early in the morning outside the building. While the bed was comfortable, the sofa bed did not meet the expectations of my friend, resulting in a slightly lower rating.

we totally loved our stay at Wilde Aparthotels Berlin. we spent there a week and is amazing. the standart room was great for a family of 3 (2adults and a 4 year old child). everything was cozy and clean. the bed & pillows were really comfy. it was very quiet although we had the street view. bay window in the room was a really nice surprise. kitchenette is very well equipped. hotel is close to a lot of points of interest and public transit in Berlin is great. I wanted to thank staff of Wilde for our great stay especially Natalia who was extra helpful and nice, she did her best at our early check in, gave us great tips on early breakfast and best coffee in the neighborhood and was always there when we needed little help
